-Personally trained athletes of all ages ranging from young children to NCAA Division 1 athletes.
-Currently the head coach for a high school track & field team where I directly coach the sprinters.
**In just two years of coaching high school athletes I have coached two state champions in the sprints and my athletes have broken a handful of school records, including multiple sprint relay records.
-ISSA certified personal trainer and head trainer at F45 Training.
-I have experience providing speed training for athletes from all sports. I have trained football players, soccer players, and track athletes that are big into other sports as well!

-Competed in the long sprints in high school and was a 5-time district champion and 2-time state champion.
-Captain of a championship winning team.
-Grew up playing all the sports! I have participated in basketball, baseball, soccer, cross country, and track & field.
-After a gap of a few years of competitive training, I walked onto my university's track team but was never able to compete and ultimately ended my time as a competitive athlete to move onto other activities that I was interested in.
-Post-track in college I dominated the intramural fields with my unmatched speed, agility, and competitive spirit.
-I currently train in a variety of ways and love competing in races for coaches!

Start every athlete focused on the foundations of speed and teaching the athlete how to get into and feel correct body positions and muscle activation. Proper movement patterns are the ultimate foundation for speed!
-My sessions will always include a series of technical speed drills in order to teach proper movement patterns, drills that address the specific technical needs of the individual based on evaluating previous sessions, and then stimulus to high velocity sprinting.
-I provide sport specific speed/acceleration/agility training that I mix in with general speed training for athletes that participate in team sports!
