I usually have a whole week planned out of drills and techniques. Each week is going to be different depending on the progression of the client. Will learn discipline and hard work. Not only volleyball skills but being conditioned as well to improve on agility, jumping, strength, and reflexes. For example, with the use of agility ladders to help with agility.
