Coached at Dematha soccer academy, as well as ran the personal training (1on1). Helped coached, and did technical and fitness, conditioning for Washington Adventist’s women soccer Team.
I have played for San Diego city college, Ethiopian national team U-17, DC United under 23. I was Traveling and playing for professional team until covid-19 happened.
I focus one technical work, fitness and conditioning. Also weight loss. Regular Session runs for about 1:30. In one session a client should expect, technical, speed and agility as well as conditioning work.
