Being that all clients are different, the sessions will most likely reflect their abilities; However, having a specific way how to carry out sessions is important as it can be adjusted for the athletes.
My sessions would typically start with moving around the ball, followed by movements off the ball, and the combine both movements on and off the ball.
Next we would work on passing drills. My next activity would be aligned with what was previously done which was movements on and off the ball.
Finally, speed & agility with combination movements (both on and off the ball).
As sessions go along, I will continue to add various drills that will help the athlete grow.
