More About Coach Rachael

I have played sports through out my life from swimming, volleyball, soccer, weightlifting, track and field, and rugby. I have 6 years experience in track and field, specializing in sprints and hurdles. I competed in AAU track and field and qualified to compete in the Junior Olympics in the 400 meter hurdles. In 2017 I earned my NSCA certified personal trainer certificate. I have trained clients from ages 12 up to 85 in areas such as strength and conditioning, hypertrophy, speed and agility, and resistance training. In 2018 I was selected to play for the USA rugby south selects to represent the south United States in competition. In 2021, I was selected as part of the USA women’s rugby league national team (USA Redtails). I love helping others reach their goals and improve their fitness levels. I am passionate about giving athletes the tools and skills to succeed.

I hold the 100 meter hurdle record at Fivay High School. I qualified to compete at the Junior Olympic Games for the 400 meter hurdles. I played Division 1 Club Rugby for FSU from 2014-2018 and served as captain for 2 years. In January 2019 I was selected to compete for the USA Rugby South panthers to represent the south United States in women’s rugby. In August 2021, I was selected to play on the USA women’s rugby league team.

Speed and agility for a wide range of athletes. This will benefit football players, track and field sprinters and jumpers, soccer players, volleyball players, and anyone who wants to improve their speed and agility. The session will be an hour long consisting of a dynamic warm up, circuit training implementing speed and agility movements related to sports. Lateral movements, jumping and landing techniques, activating and strengthening necessary muscle groups will also be included. Various speed and agility drills and a cool down stretch will take place.
