More About Coach Quinten

I have experience training athletes for about 3 Years Now, since I finished my playing career at the collegiate and professional level. I have also coached at the Junior College Level at Santa Rosa Junior College. I currently Train Athletes that are interested in Strength & Conditioning Training, as Well as Speed/Agility. The Ages Groups I work with are from 4yrs old and all the way up to collegiate level. I currently Train Athletes at an Indoor facility that is called Holland Performance & Fitness in San Ramon. I work there with my friend that plays for the Miami Dolphin’s Dad which is the owner of the Facility. I Also Do on Field Sessions & Other Training Related to Your Sport in American Canyon, Solano County, & Napa County for Those That Can’t make it out to the facility since I live in the area myself.

Santa Rosa Junior College 2013-2015- 1st Team All Conference Bay-6 - After Two years at Jc level, I was Offered a Full Ride Scholarship to NDSU For my Remaining Two Years of Eligibility.

When I first start with my clients, we complete a Basic assessment on the client depending on what he or she is trying to work on or train for specifically. This gives us idea on where the client is and what area needs to be focused on whether it be Strength, Speed, Flexibility/ Mobility Etc. Once this is completed we put specific workouts in place for that client in their specific Folder which will have a baseline and show how much they are improving over each session & as time Goes. All clients will go through a Mandatory Warm-up each Day before we train to insure that all our athletes are warmed up properly to prevent Injuries. I also offer skilled based position work for your sport. For example, Skill position athletes in football such as, Defensive Back, Wide Receivers, Tight End , Running Back, Linebacker. All will work skills related to their position that is translated to their specific sport. Examples, Curve Sprint Machine (Facility) Ladder drills, Hill Work, Track Workout, Plyos, Core, Cone Drills, resistant band workouts, Hurdles, Sleds etc.
