I have over 25 years of boxing experience. I have had 65 amateur fights and one professional fight. I have trained and competed all over the Southwestern United States. I was a member of the U.S. Army Ft. Carson Boxing team and trained under the guidance of the 2012 U.S. Olympic boxing team Coach Basheer Abdullah. I enjoy working with kids and adults and look forward to sharing my knowledge of the sweet science!

I was the Arizona State Golden Gloves champion at 154lbs in 1999 and 2000, I boxed for Walt Haskins, Maricopa County Sheriff's Dept. I also earned a national title in the All Indian Championships in 2000 at Ft. Berthold North Dakota. I boxed for the Damon-Bahe Boxing club, Navajo Nation. I won two Kit Carson championship medals in the Kit Carson days boxing tournament held on post Ft. Carson Colorado in 2003 and 2004.

I would recommend a consistent running schedule, long distance and sprint work 1hr. minimum 5 days a week. I would also recommend 2hrs gym time working on basic boxing fundamentals. Bag work, mitt work, sparring, jumping rope, and strength training. I know what it takes to be successful in the ring!
