My coaching strategy has a mild aggression. I encourage your mistakes if you’re playing hard. Your mistakes don’t need attention right away. Be not afraid of trying things you haven’t tried before. I will always send positive feedback within your effort.
I’ve coached/trained 3rd-12th grade for Kingdom Hoops in Iowa. I moved back here to Arizona March 1st and have joined the coaching and training staff with Arizona Athletics Youth Sports as well as Chaparral High School Girls JV Head Coach and Varsity Assistant Coach.
Cesar Chavez High School. #1 in state for charges taken (#9 in the nation), lost in state championship game. Simpson college men’s basketball for 3 seasons.
Ball Handling, Defense, Shooting, Footwork, Consistency. I always start my sessions out with ball handling. It’s important in this game and it expands your game as an individual. Expect to get better and develop positive habits.
