Warm-Up (10 minutes)

- Ball Control Drills: (5 minutes)
- Players dribble in a designated area, focusing on close control and changing direction.
Main Activities (40 minutes)
1. Ball Control Drills: (10 minutes)
- Dribble through Cones: Set up cones in a zigzag pattern. Players dribble through the cones, focusing on using both feet and maintaining close control.
- Toe Taps and Foundation Drills: Players perform toe taps and foundation drills to improve foot coordination and control.
2. Passing Drills: (15 minutes)
- Passing Squares: Players form groups of four in a square. They pass the ball around the square, focusing on accurate, crisp passes.
- One-Touch Passing: Players stand in a circle, passing the ball with one touch. Emphasize quick decision-making and precision.
3. Finishing Drills: (15 minutes)
- Shooting on Goal: Set up a goal and have players take turns shooting from different distances and angles. Encourage using both feet.
- 1v1 with Keeper: Players dribble towards the goal and attempt to score against the goalkeeper. Emphasize creativity and finishing skills.
Cool Down (10 minutes)
- Stretching and Recovery: (5 minutes)
- Static stretches focusing on major muscle groups.
