I have experience with ages from 5 to 20 years old, with the most recent being 5-7 and 18-20. Both of these at the team level. I also have experience with personal coaching with most recent students/players being a 6 year old boy and a 23 year old guy.

Warm up without the ball (5 minutes)
Warm up with the ball - Dribbling in a square, doing different moves and types of touches as indicated. (10 min)
Footwork with the ball using cones. Work on ball control, dribbling, and using both feet and its different parts. (10 min)
Dribbling competition, implemented previously practiced movements from earlier drills, focusing on ball at your feet and precision finishing on small goals. (10 min)
Precision passing and receiving introduction (5 min)
Precision passing and receiving drill with Coach (10 min)
Cool down with ball work (several different drills that could be used (8 min)
Guided Stretch (5 min)
That would be a sample one hour practice plan for a one on one session.
