More About Coach Patricia

Have been coaching women artistic gymnastics for over 20 years, from begginers to competitive levels, in different counties as Brazil, Qatar and Japan. I choreograph optionals floor and bem routines and group routines for gymnastics displays. I had a FIG international judge brevet for 16 years, judging in different international competition in countries from South America, Qatar and Japan.

As a gymnast, I competed at state and regionals meets in Sao Paulo/Brazil form levels 3 to 8 representing Pinheiros Sport Club and Yashi Institute (Sao Paulo/Brazil)

Drills and skill progressions for carthweels,round-offs, walkovers,front and back-handsprings.

Drills and skills progressions for front and back sommersault and aerials for more advanced gymnasts.

Gymnastics specific conditioning.

Floor exercise choreography: choose music, create dance and combine with level requirements,teach and practice choreography. I also can focus gymnastics session on an especific skill, working with different drills to achieve it.

Coach Patricia is absolutely amazing! In the first session she led my daughter to break through a block holding her back from a necessary skill progression.
