I was a player and a captain at University of North Carolina. I help lead my teams as a player. I have individually trained players as well as solely ran entire clinics for teams for a week. I am very experienced and have what they say a soccer “brain”.

I was a player and a captain at University of North Carolina. I am a professional player in Washington spirit. I won Defensive MVP and total MVP at North Carolina. I won an NCAA National championship. I’ve played on teams all over the world (South Korea, Australia, Germany, Cyprus). I competed in Champions League. I start as a Center Defender for the Washington Spirit.

I work on an eclectic array of things. Dribbling. Technique. Passing. Shooting. Awareness. Defending. Heading. I train how to compete. I use competitions (against me, or against the clock, or against your old times) to motivate and always challenge the player to improve. But I mainly listen to the player, or watch them in a game to know what their strengths and weaknesses are and what we should work on.
