First I will make questions about the keeper. See what is his strengths and what he needs to work on and what level he is playing and what level he wants to achieve. Based on this I will plan the sessions. I will plan them in modules according what the players want to accomplish. The sessions usually last in between 45 min to 1 hour. The session always start with handling and basic techniques to warm up. But then it advances to the main focus of the session
