I train from 10/11/12/13/14/15/16/17 years old both boys and girls. I am the head coach of Hero soccer club Academy . Yes I have my coach license
Am a professional soccer player who played for Lusaka dynamos in Zambia, Fc kallon in Sierra Leone . I win top goal scorer in 2019/2020 for Goalden impact sc in Uganda.
My session start with warm up , dynamic exercise, passing and movement exercises, changing of direction with one or two ,Finishing/scoring goals/ crossing and proper movement of the body , also give u session in the gym to build up ur muscles if u are 16/17 years old
