I have spent most of my coaching career at the college level. I have coached both men's and women's professional teams as well as NCAA Division 1, 3, NAIA, and NJCAA. Many players I have coached in college at ODP have played in the World Cups, Olympic games, and professional soccer. I hold a US Soccer "A" License and and United Soccer Coaches Advanced National Diploma. I have been accepted into the United Soccer Coaches Master Coach Certificate program. I have been a Head or Assistant Coach at Lamar University, Indiana University, Cal-Poly, San Jose State University, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, California Jaguars Professional Soccer team, and Louisiana FC Professional Soccer team, amongst others.

I have played at the collegiate and what we then called "semi-pro" level in certain leagues. I played at Modesto Jr. College in California and a semester at San Jose State University, as well at Ángeles Fútbol Club.

Each session begins with a fun/dynamic warm-up. that is related to the session's topic. I focus on exercises and activities that will be push each player to reach his or her potential. The key is to make sure each player is performing the skill/drill under pressure. Many players work on technique but do not do it under the pressures of time, space, or an opponent. I want each player to perform the skills and techniques as close to a situation as they will in a game. It is important for me that each player also learn the tactical information needed in games when using specific techniques and skills.
