More About Coach Norm

I've coached track and field for 3 years and worked with kids and adults of all ages. I personal trained at King Strength Performance located in Cranford,NJ. I coached for the NYC junior sprinters. I also coached for the Westfield Flyers track club located in Westfield, NJ. I currently personal train at Flex Fit located in Cedar Park, TX. I have been personal training for 2 years. I'm USATF level 1 and AAAI/ISMA certified.

I played football and ran the 400 meter dash at Texas A&M university Kingsville. I was first team all lone star conference in 2011 as a member of the mile relay.

I focus on mobility training. Sport performance training. Speed training and agility. Explosiveness and strength. I start a session with a dynamic warm up, from there, depending on the need of the client the workout will begin. I do my best to teach and correct form while demonstrating proper technique.
