More About Coach Noah

Since 2014 I have held multiple roles at the high school, club, and NCAA Division II and III levels. I am currently the Director of Coaching with the Charlotte Eagles (since 2016) and the Mens Assistant coach at Pfeiffer University (since 2019). I have worked with both men’s and women’s programs, including leading the women’s team of Grace Academy High School to win the NACA national championship in 2015. I currently hold my USSF ‘C’ license as well as multiple certifications from USC including Sports Psychology and Individual Mental Skills and Director of Coaching diplomas. I want the best for players and desire: “for every player to leave differently than they came in a positive manner. Both as players and as young men/women"

I grew up in Charlotte, N.C. playing for Charlotte Soccer Academy before attending Mars Hill University from 2011-2013. During his time at Mars Hill, he was a part of the squad that made two NCAA Tournament appearances (2011 & 2012) and won the South Atlantic Conference Championship in 2012. In 2011, his Mars Hill team led the conference with fewest goals against per game (0.64) as well as being ranked in the top 15 in the nation in that category.

I want to integrate both the needs and wants of the player. I will typically spend the first half of the session working on ball mastery, getting comfortable with the ball at your feet and having measurable's that will be able to track improvement. The latter part of the session will be more geared towards positional specific training or functional training. That may be working on whipped crosses for wingers, driven balls for center backs, 1v1 defending for outside backs, or finishing inside the 18 yard box for forwards, turning for midfielders, just as a few examples. I will work with the players to understand specific areas they want to improve on and integrate that into my own assessment to set players on the best path of improvement!

Coach Noah was fantastic with my son. After his 1st session I could see his confident level had greatly increased in his game. My son loved the ball touch and technical training that he received, he is ready to go back for more session. As a mother I could not have been happier with the patients and praise he gave my son during training.

Noah did an excellent job working with my daughter's soccer skills today. Noah is a very intelligent young man with great coaching ideas that worked very well with my daughter.

Thank you for a great season, Chase enjoyed the positive energy you brought each session and game. Your love and passion for the boys went beyond just seeing them get better at soccer, which we appreciate as parents. Looking forward to next season!
Coach Noah has a gift for coaching kids, encouraging and providing constructive criticism. I saw improvement with my son through our season. Noah is good at being positive with his corrections and has an ability not all coaches do with how he puts his message across to the players in a positive, constructive way that does not discourage the players from trying new things.
I would like to personally thank you for the opportunity my daughter had at your training sessions last summer. The instruction that they received was outstanding. You did an amazing job of pointing out the strengths and weaknesses of each player, yet providing them with a blueprint to raise their game to the next level. Not only were you knowledgeable and friendly, but you also served as great role model for the players both on and off the field. And finally, I thought the level of training at your session was very impressive. You had players from all skill levels, and they all had the same desire - to excel at the game of soccer. I would recommend your training to any player or team, who is looking for a "true" soccer experience.
