I do Private Training as well as group training for kids and Adults. i have been coaching since 2009 after i won my first Ametuer WKA World Championship.

We start of with a warm up either on elyptical, treadmill, bike or on the mats jumping,rolling sideways jogging etc...then we do full body warm up all our joints and stretching upper and lower part of the body, afterwards we put on wraps and gloves and we start the main session weather its boxing, kickboxing or crossfit. I also teach proper hand to hand technique as close and most realistic to a real situation on the streets. Cardio, Kickboxing, Fitness and Weightlifting, as well as mental and psychological strength.
