More About Coach Nicole
I coached a girls' senior league team (ages 12-14) in 2009 in Phillipsburg, NJ where we had an overall winning record. I specialize in catching, hitting, middle infield and 3rd base. In 2014, I began coaching high school aged girls to hone their skills for JV and Varsity high school softball.
I played 10-12th grade at Pocono Mountain High School, 2000-2003 seasons at DeSales Univ. (prev. called Allentown College St. Francis DeSales). I was nominated MAC (Mid Atlantic Conference) 2nd team all stars for the 2000-2002 seasons (2000 for DH (designated hitter) and 2001-2002 as catcher. I was named captain of the team for the 2002 & 2003 seasons.
Each session will depend on what the athlete was looking to accomplish. I always begin with a warm-up and stretching. Afterwards, we will go into drill work where I explain what each particular drill is meant to do and how it will improve my client's skills., While I've had experience in and have successfully coached every position in the game, I excel at hitting, catching and middle infield.
