Lansdowne Yonkers FC Region 1 Champion.

I heavily emphasize my sessions on the individual player’s needs and wishes. Throughout the first session, I will focus on the technical level of the player in order to determine strengths and weaknesses. Through further sessions, I will focus on the player’s strength and conditioning using, GPS measurements, agility drills and interval training. By implementing these training concepts, I will be able to create an effective and purposeful training plan to further the development of the player.
