1) Always Warm-Up and Fuel
2) Keep Your Energy High (I like to utilize loud music that my athletes feed off of)
3) Train Movements, Not Muscles

10) Always Cool-Down and Recover

*My number 1 priority with my athletes is to ensure their safety, utilize correct form, and make sure they get better every day!
*We will perform power, speed, agility, quickness, core, and flexibility drills the most.

Client Reviews

Great with technique!

Great coach

Coach Nick has been great!! Nick is intelligent and knows his trade. Nick listens to your needs and is able to implement the proper sessions. Without a dout me and my son favorite thing about Nick is he is a faith based down to earth person. When I first started looking for a personal trainer for my son. Biggest thing besides knowledge, was being comfortable I wanted someone who I and my son felt comfortable. Nick passed that test with flying colors. I have no concerns with dropping my son off with Nick for his sessions. Again Coach Nick has been great !!!

Coach Nick is an awesome trainer!
Brianna was very pleased and confident with her 1st training session.
She is looking forward to her Track and Field Season and preparing for the future.

Great workout

Coach Nick has tremendously helped my mental and physical condition within a short period of time. I plan to stick long term training as a boxing competitor. I would refer Nick to any upcoming or pro athelete.
