I have played for more than 10 years but I have started coaching and have done three years of coaching and this year, 2023 would be my fourth. I started coaching with soccer clubs mostly kids in U12 or older and I have coached high school teams as well including going back to my high school to coach as well. I have coached athletes and teams in top level clubs and academies or semi-professionals in the NASL and MLS Next. I can work with all types of ages and all genders as I am versatile and skilled to work with anyone. I also have a coach D license as a United States soccer coach and I am still wanting to go higher and possibly obtain a license in which I can coach at a higher level. I also plan on working for soccer academies and clubs that I have played for to gain more experience as well.

My specific athletic accomplishments were becoming captain or co-captain of each of my teams/clubs that I was a part of. Being entrusted to be the leader or co-leader of the teams was a big accomplishment and great feeling. I did play varsity high school and then played in D1 school for soccer completing my time there. After I played there I went on to play for a semi-professional team called Los Angeles Force for two seasons in the NASL. I have won other awards during those times such as best leader, most improved, and like I previously stated most goals in a season for both club and league.

A typical session with me includes all the understanding of basics, warmups, and stretches necessary to even start before touching the ball. Next I always have drills set to do depending on what my client wants to focus on. My main and key thing is that I am here to assist my client for what they want to learn and if they want to learn or train on something in particular that is what we will do. Otherwise I will start with warming up, then heading into some workouts that involve sprinting and quick mental strategy on gaining confidence with control and movement on the ball. Next would be to attack on their mistakes that I see or they feel are weakened. Whether that be defensive or offensive devise drills that will have my client get used to finding the right option and using their mind to get the best outcome possible.
