More About Coach Nate

Worked with Arizona State and Michigan Football Strength and Conditioning. I have also put NBA MVP James Harden through a workout (at ASU). I have a bachelors in Movement Science from University of Michigan. I also have experience at physical therapy clinics (Interned at Apex Physical Therapy).

Played Division 1 baseball and rowed at University of Michigan for 3 years. Won 3 ACRA national championships as a rower. I am an avid weight lifter and can still run a 4:40 mile so I am in very good shape and know how to get stronger while also staying in cardio shape.

Depends on the participants experience. I like to get them comfortable with the movements though and build a base of knowledge as well as fitness and mobility/flexibility before we start hitting weights too hard. Depending if they want to lose weight or add muscle, or even sport specific training it all is different.
