More About Coach Nancy

I have been involved with the sport of volleyball for the past 28 years. I started as a club player, played thru college at Arizona State, coached high school, coached club, played professional beach for two seasons and then coached college for 13 years at Texas Tech University. I was the asst. coach for 8 years and the head coach for 5 years.

During the sessions we will work on specifics for the individual player or all skills if they are a beginner. I train all levels from beginner to college level.

I really enjoy teaching and helping the athletes develop on the court.

Warm-up-Ball control drills with technique work
Remainder of session-Specific skills that athletes want to work on or that I feel we need to address.
Conditioning throughout the drills.
