I have coached for 7 years at various clubs and levels as head coach and personal trainer. The most recently club I coached at San Jose Earthquakes NPL and Academy levels from ages 11-17.

- Played in the Netherlands for second division side SC Cambuur in u18 and reserve team.

- Currently playing with Oakland Stompers

I first consult with client to understand what their goals are before designing a session plan for them. If they're not entirely sure about their goals or what they want to achieve I help them understand where to put their focus. My personal training criteria I focus on are 5 components:
1. Ball handling Skills
2. Technique
3. Mental cognition
4. Body Mechanics/ Physical development
5. Fun/Passion/Game Mentality
