Training sessions are an hour or hour and a half long and are based around the individual player's wants and needs. Sessions can focus on one or many topics. Typical training topics include but are not limited to: finishing, passing, dribbling, Conditioning and first touch. Players/parents can tell me what they want to work on or I can come up with a session by finding out a players age, gender, current team level, position and short/long term goals.
