The experience I have coaching is individual sessions, small groups, and kids camps. The age range I have worked with is 4-16. But I am able to help with others if needed. During kids camps I would have children from 4-7 for half the day and then the other half I would work with 8-14 and have done individual sessions with older kids as well.

I would say a client should expect a personalized training session based on what there position is and what they need. I would start with a warm up and then move on to technical and cone drills And then followed by dribbling and shooting/finishing drills. I would base it more on what my client wants.
