The first 30 minutes of the session are dedicated to a variety of technical drills to increase the understanding and eventual mastery of a skill. These skills will be directly transferable to the field of play. The athlete will have fitness/agility work built in to enhance their ability to perform these skills when they reach fatigue during competition.

The last 30 minutes will be determined by what the athlete has communicated they need to work on.
