I am a seasoned coach with a passion for developing young athletes, having coached in Minnesota, Texas, and Oregon. My extensive experience ranges from guiding high school to college athletes, both independently and in professional settings. As a certified personal trainer (CPT) and former collegiate athlete, I bring a unique blend of expertise and dedication to enhancing athletic performance and overall well-being.
I proudly achieved the title of state champion in 6A football in Minnesota before transitioning to Junior College football in Fergus Falls. My journey continued in Texas, where I played semi-professional football. Motivated by my passion for the game, I seamlessly transitioned into coaching, dedicating myself to training high school and college athletes for peak performance. Now a certified personal trainer (CPT), I leverage my diverse experiences to empower athletes on their unique paths to success.
My coaching philosophy revolves around a meticulous process. I initiate each session with thorough assessments and goal-oriented discussions. Tailoring mesocycles to align with individual athlete goals, the initial focus lies on strength building. Supplementary sessions target dexterity, balance, and injury prevention. Progressing into the power block, we delve into explosive training, plyometrics, and agility work, ensuring a holistic approach to athletic development.
