I have been a USAG certified gymnastic instructor for more than 4 years. I have also taught many workshops on movement. From flips to tumbling to freedom of movement, I am the coach to go to. I'm also involved in building an outdoor fitness center dedicated to parkour and free running. I have taught rec boys and girls gymnastics, from pre-school through levels 5-6, and competitive cheer tumbling.

I have been training in parkour and free running for more than 7 years. I played all sport growing up, but grew tired of them, and moved towards extreme sports. I have been involved in free running for 8 years, and help to organize a national gathering in that.
