• My style of coaching is based on human values, sharing and being positive.
• Always try to communicate with the players in a fun and respectful environment.
• My goal is to develop the players into a well-organized and structured playing style.
• Focusing on developing foot skills and good fundamental technique while having fun is crucial at the young ages.
• Building composure on the ball and a good first touch are extremely important characteristics for developing talented soccer players.
• As a coach, player development is much more important to me than winning at younger ages.

One of my advantages as a coach is my experience as a player. My love for the game and my time spent on the field allows me to relate to players and understand their feelings and needs. Before anything soccer is a fun game and as a coach I balance having fun with learning the skills and rules of the game. I understand that by being a coach, players they look up to me and I’m trying to be a role model both on and off the field. I’m trying to teach the players to always try to have these steps as roles on their life and their career as a player and not only: be on time, be respectful on and off the field and always work hard, be competitive and pick the highest target as your main goal.
