More About Coach Miguel
I have been a NASM Certified Personal Trainer for five years now and have reached the level of Elite Director of Personal Training.
I was in the Army Military Police for 11 years. During that time I was a Physical Training Instructor and Hand to Hand Combat Instructor. I also won the Golden Gloves in Fort Riley, KS. I have also graduated the German Police Academy in Leiche, Germany and then returned as a Physical Training and the Hand to hand Instructor for the following two years.
Currently, I train in Krav Maga in Fenton, MO. As a Fight Fit Coach, I work with MMA, boxing, ground and self defense.

My sessions are based around functional movement exercise. Your first session will begin with a full assessment of your Cardio-Vascular level, squating movement, pushing movement and pulling movement. From that any muscle imbalances will be assessed and your training program will be derived.
My sessions begin with basic fight stance, straight punches, hooks, upper cuts, slide and dips. Movement in the fight stance, blocks and counters will also be covered.
All sessions will be fully dynamic, high energy focusing on power, strength, speed, agility and balance.
