I have been a gymnastics coach for over 20 years and I have coached numerous State, Regional, and National champions.
I can coach anyone from a beginner to an elite level gymnast at any age.
Successful gymnastics is developed by learning progressive drills that lead up do doing the skills on their own.
As a coach, I have been part of the Level 9 PA State Championship team. A Level 10 State Championship team.
I have coached numerous (50+) athletes to become State, Regional, and National Champions.
Session really depend on what the athlete is looking for. From a Cheerleader learning to do a back handspring, to parkour athletes looking for technique, to the competitive gymnast.

Coach Michael was punctual, professional and had a great rapport with the gymnasts whom he met for the first time. He provided keen insights to help the gymnasts understand the physics of the sport and asked questions (e.g., what specifically did you do differently this time from last and what was the result) to make sure the gymnast comprehended. Coach Michael gave constructive feedback and was quick to provide kudos when the gymnasts meet his expectations. The gymnasts covered a lot of skills in a hour session with great take-aways to improve the skills. Would highly recommend Coach Michael.
