More About Me

I started learning martial arts in 2000. In 2002 I became certified as a personal training NFPT. In 2005 I started studying Chito Ryu karate. In 2006 I became certified as a Master Personal training NFPT. In 2007 I started studying mixed martial arts and became the primary karate instructor at the Chito Ryu school in Savannah. In 2011 I received my black belt in Chito Ryu karate. In 2012 I started my own dojo in Phoenix Arizona and began teaching a women's self defense class.

I worked at Savannah Chatham Metropolitan Police Department in the Advanced police officer/SWAT from 2002. My duties here included conducting proactive patrols and respond to calls for service, responding to emergency situations, accidents and other crimes scenes, maintaining the integrity of crimes scenes. SWAT, Mobile Field force, CIT, PTO were also my assignments during this time.

I currently work at a prominent fitness center. I create personal training programs for clients and ensure that all members have a quality experience here. I am the instructor in weight loss.

My sessions always work on core strengthening, plyometrics and balance. All lessons are practically applied before the end of the session.
