More About Coach Michael
My experience is in coaching football and training all athletes in speed and agility. Recently trained athletes at a sports performance facility, where we typically worked with youth and high school kids but also seasonally trained NFL combine players.
Ive competed in baseball and football, In high school i was a top prospect in baseball but decided to accept my scholarship for football at fresno state where i played for 5 years.
A session with Coach Mike you will get a very detailed workout programmed designed to make you run faster, be more agile and jumper higher. All sessions will be planned out ahead of time!
