More About Coach Micayla

I have trained alongside strength and conditioning trainers throughout my athletic career. I've worked as a Personal Trainer for 24 Hour Fitness, Texas Fit Chicks, and currently work at F45 and JEA Sports. Typically I work with people around ages 15-65. Really anyone seeking help to being a healthier stronger you!

I played in the Junior Olympics my sophomore year of high school for team USA, in Reggio Emilia, Italy. There I was team captain, named MVP, and won the Gold medal. I have 18+ years of experience playing soccer, both at a select and collegiate levels. Played at Midwestern all 4 years, named teammate of the year, achieved 3 lone star conference rings and was senior captain.

We will start with a warmup doing dynamic stretches before proceeding into the workout. Every workout will be designed specifically for each clients needs and goals. Appointments will be either 30min sessions or 50min sessions, depending on what package they purchased. Free weights, box drills, and conditioning will be incorporated into the workout accordingly. Measurements will be taken at the beginning along with reassessments towards the end of the month, to keep track of clients progress. Of course you'll have fun working hard one squat at a time!
