Strength and conditioning- making athletes more explosive, faster, quicker, stronger. Training ligaments, tendons and fast twitch muscle fibers so players can shoot harder, change direction faster and prevent injuries. This involves strength +power and flexibility training.

Technical work - ball work down to every little detail. As a natural athlete I focus on teaching biomechanics and ball control in an effective and efficient way, paying close attention to breaking things down into smaller steps, meeting athletes at there skill level, so they can get to the next level.
