Session Plan consists of focusing on a certain topic of goalkeeping such as shots from distance, shots from close, 1-on-1s, high balls, crossing, corner kicks, etc.
The sessions are broken up into 3 parts:

The first part is warming up with simple catching and footwork.

The second part is doing drills that are directly related to the session topic for the day.

The third part is working in goal specifically on the session topic.

Client Reviews

Coach Matt is REALLY good! He focuses on the proper techniques to be a solid keeper, all with a calm voice that my daughter really took to. My daughter had a game the day after her training with coach Matt, and she was able to apply some of what she learned from Matt immediately and directly in that game. What else can you ask for in a goal keeping training session. Would HIGHLY recommend coach Matt to anyone at any age and at any level of play that wants to improve as a keeper in a professional and expedited way.
