I have 7 years of experience coaching high school volleyball (Head JV Coach and Varsity Assistant), and 3 years of experience coaching high school track. I have spent the last 2 years volunteering in college volleyball (Seattle University and Shoreline Community College). I have spent the last 2 years as a Head Volleyball Coach for a local club. I am GMS trained (University of Washington Volleyball Coaching Clinic 2015 and 2016), attended the AVCA Convention in 2015, and am IMPACT Certified (USA Volleyball). I have coached all ages in volleyball.

I grew up playing volleyball in the greater Seattle area. I played high school and club, and then played 2 years of college volleyball as a Rightside/Opposite Hitter for Edmonds Community College, and our team placed third in the NWAC tournament both years.

I would talk to the athlete about their goals and design sessions to meet their needs. I am a firm believer that the game teaches the game, and reps should be as many as we can get and practices should be game-like. Your athlete will get plenty of reps and game-like scenarios, to prepare them to be ready to compete. I have played every position in volleyball and can teach every position. I really enjoy coaching and giving back to the sport of volleyball.

Each practice would be different, highlighting variety and focusing on other skills. Please note: All sessions will be outside (pending weather) and availability may vary, please contact me for details. I look forward to working with you!
