I have worked with athletes in various sports from the most amateur to the most elite professional competitors.
I have always enjoyed woking with elite professional athletes to help them achieve their goals or restructure their motivation.
I also really enjoy working with young athletes to help them build good habits so as not to struggle with typical mental blocks that surface during their athletic career.

I have enjoyed success working with English Premier League and International professional soccer players. In addition I have worked with top golfers, tennis players and in other individualized sports to helps athletes fulfill their potential and achieve performance consistency.

Before relocating to the USA I lectured in Ireland at the Uiversity of Ulster in the field of Sport Psychology and am currently working with Athletes at Yale University where I also coach women soccer.

Every initial consultation is focused on creating an athlete profile from which we develop personalized and indiviudal plans for the athletes I work with.
Based on initial discussion and research I then work on the most fundamental needs of the athlete before then introducing them to techniques that help empower them and increase their performance potential even further.
