I have been coaching and training athletes since 2011. I have coached club soccer, recreational soccer, and high school soccer. All of my athletes have ranged from ages 6-20 and played at all levels of soccer. I worked at FC Premier and Coerver Coaching. I typically work with ages 10-17. I do hold my coaching certification class E.

I played all 4 years Varsity Soccer, College soccer at the University of La Verne, and men's league with Buena Park FC who compete against top level teams from the UPSL, USL,etc. My final year at the University of La Verne I placed 1st team all League and runner up for defensive player of the year.

A typical session with me consist of conditioning, technical work and mental skills. Typically, my first sessions I create is for me to assess the athlete. From there I then create sessions depending on their performance.
