Hello! My coaching experience has covered different levels and areas of the Softball game. I am currently a Head Coach for a middle school program, and love every minute of what I'm doing. Previously I was an Asst. Coach for Emory & Henry College during the fall of 2014 while also teaching hitting lessons for a hitting school in Abingdon Virginia.

I have competed in the sport and played softball from youth leagues, travel organizations, high school, and into college as well.

I have received All-State, All-Conference and All-Region honors in high school softball. I have also received All-Conference while in college and was awarded with the Silver Slugger award my sophomore year of college for my hitting ability and only striking out three times in a single season.

Typical sessions will run as follows:

Dynamic warm-up
Hitting drills
Fielding drills
Base-running techniques

In the first session, the goal is to evaluate where the athlete is, after that we can develop a plan to meet goals and continue to improve once specific areas of opportunity for improvement have been identified.
