I am a USA Boxing Level III trainer. I am a former boxer myself and am licensed as an amateur fighter. I have been fighting for over 15 years. I am a former professional dance star so much of my focus is placed on movement and reflexes. I enjoy pushing athletes to the next level and helping them to find that win.

Former Professional Dance Star. Former Amateur Boxer with over 15 wins and no loss. Over came a major physical set back with my eyes and now am a major trainer in the amateur boxing landscape.

I work with amateur and professional boxers on the art of movement. My style is designed to hit and not be it. I train athletes for competition and place 85% of my focus on techniques and the remainder on mind body connections. Boxing is art form that requires hard work, consistency and dedication to growing. The art is sometimes a lonely pursuit as it is always just you in that ring and it forces you to face yourself every day.
