- I coach ultimate frisbee and basketball at NWS high school. (5 years coaching at school) and Ultimate Frisbee Camps for kids 5th grade to high school. Also coach AAU basketball
- I currently play on Seattle Club Team "Sockeye" ( took 2nd at Nationals). I played for the Seattle Rainmakers (MLU) (Lead scoring on the team, 2nd All Team in League) and this past year played with the Seattle Cascades (AUDL)
Fundamentals would be the key word for training. Proper throwing form mechanics, to cutting as a handler/cutter, defensive positioning, and marking. Footwork and mechanics are basics to learn early on while the player is developing. The reason why I coach.
