I am a USA Triathlon Level 1 certified coach and NASM Certified Personal trainer with specializations in Fitness Nutrition and Corrective Exercise. I have been coaching for 4 years and currently train about 40 clients during the course of the year for running, triathlon and obstacle course racing.

I am lifetime athlete who has participated in team and individual sports from an early age. I also had the experience of becoming overweight later in life due to an injury that led to a long period of inactivity and bad eating habits. Overcoming my injury and weight gain allowed me to understand the obstacles in life challenges that many athletes have to overcome to reach their goals.

Typical one hour session includes an 5-10 minute athlete interview to understand motivation and goals. 10-15 min warmup and fitness assessment. After the fitness assessment, I will provide the athlete with 3-4 corrective exercises to improve strength, stability and balance. Based on the client's abilities, the next 20 minutes may be focused on sport specific strength training, or an introductory session to interval training.
