I have been coaching individual and group sessions for 5 years! I started coaching group sessions in my home state of Michigan and found a love for helping the next generation. I mainly work with players aged 10-18 years old. Any level of soccer experience is welcome!

I am a seven year veteran in the National Women’s Soccer League, currently playing my second season for Racing Louisville! I have previously played in Orlando & Houston as well. I played four seasons and graduated from Northwestern University in 2019!

My sessions are geared towards what the player is wanting to improve on, which will be discussed during the first session. Typically, sessions will begin with a technical warm up with the ball and then move on to the bigger focus of the session. This can either be one larger drill with different variations throughout or multiple smaller drills!
