More than 10 years experience coaching triathletes, swimmers and ultra runners. Primarily I work with beginners and intermediate, those that aren't sure how to set or achieve goals. I only work with adults. Certified Professional Triathlon Coach by ITCA, USMS Level 3 certified coach, NESTA certified personal trainer.

2x 140.3 Triathlon completed, 2x 10-mile Kingdom swim completed, 3x Mackinaw Straights swim, and more trail runs, marathon swims, & shorter triathlons than I can count. Multiple top 10 awards with US Masters Swimming, as well as Michigan State age group winner.

I'm very goal focused, so I will meet you where you are, push you outside your comfort zone a bit, and encourage you all the way. I focus a lot more on quality than "junk" quantity. I believe in improving technique, as I've found that often minor tweaks make a world of difference. I also aim to have a very balanced overall training plan that will bring out your best and give you proper recovery.
