I have coached for two high schools, Weston Ranch High School (current) and Manteca High School, both head freshmen coach.
I have also coached a club team in Weston Ranch, for the 16s team and 18s.
Also coached an elementary team, August Knodt.
I played for weston ranch high school all 4 years, my freshmen year I got moved up to junior varsity and now out of high school, I am currently coaching.
First, start off with a little cardio and stretching. I would ask what the client would like to work on first and etc and help them better themselves in that specific area.
