I trained girls from ages 10-17 during my time as a collegiate softball player with the University of New Mexico and Albuquerque High School Assistant Softball Coach. Additionally, I give 1 on 1, group, and virtual lessons in hitting, fielding, strength training, agility etc.

Sessions will focus on developing athletes to play at a collegiate tempo. My sessions will include improving hitting and fielding fundamentals, strength and conditioning, and speed and agility. I will create an individualized plan for each athlete to assist in improving their overall physical and mental athletic knowledge, skills, and abilities.
