I played professional soccer in Africa and made it to the national team at seventeen years old I got player of the month 6 times and 3 times the MVP, goal of the year

1. My sessions are designed to improve a players quickness (short and long distance) control with the ball, balance, acceleration, fitness and understanding of the game.

My typical sessions involves the ladders, parachutes, bungee cords, hurdles, box jumps, balance ball, etc. I work with the players through intense exercise with and without the ball at game speed. Also we do heavy ball technique, control, and vision exercise to enhance their technical abilities.
